On October 30, 2022, Mr. and Ms. Chinatown crowned their newest titleholders. Berjayneth Chee won the coveted Ms. Chinatown title and inherited the crown from former winner Cassandra Chan. On the other hand, Kevin Lao edged out his nine competitors and won the title of Mr. Chinatown. He was crowned by former title holder, Justin Yap.

Chee and Lao will represent their titles under the Chinatown pageant franchise in philanthropic endeavors and in social gatherings.
