With one day left before ‘Avengers: Endgame‘ opens in cinemas, everyone’s binging all the past MCU films. Apparently, there are only 2 movies most vital to the upcoming ‘Avengers‘ film, and this is according to Joe and Anthony Russo, the movie’s directors.

In an interview with SYFY WIRE, the Russo Brothers spilled two movies that would contain most important details to be remembered for ‘Endgame‘. “There’s two actually that are important for this movie. ‘[Captain America:] Civil War‘ and ‘[Avengers:] Infinity War‘,” Joe Russo says. “The events of ‘Civil War‘ we commit to every movie so ‘Civil War‘ certainly affected ‘Infinity War’, and ‘Infinity War’ will certainly affect ‘Endgame’. I think if we tell anyone if there are two movies [they] have to catch up on, it’s those two,” he continues.

So whether you’re new to the Marvel Cinematic Universe or not, there are just two films you need to see before ‘Avengers: Endgame‘ comes.
