The process to create is a union of values and inspirations. We dive into our identity and culture to lead us to a flow of new creations. It guides us as we step into innovation, creativity, and imagination. It brings us to a world we get to explore then translate into something tangible, we share what we experience to help influence one’s thoughts.

It reminds us of how the Tree of Life connects all forms of creation. How it supports the sky and connects it to the earth with its branches and trees. It also goes as far as reading between cultures, mythologies, and beliefs— it becomes a universal reach. This is the heart of Ukrainian artist Olesia Trofymenko’s work as her work decorate the walls of the Dior Autumn/Winter Haute Couture Collection. Designed by Maria Grazia Chiuri, she contemplates fashion through the lens of art. Exploring vast territories of traditions and different folkloric customs, the collection becomes an open dialogue for all cultures.

Overstated Sleeves

A light contrast to the structured silhouettes. The sleeves bring a harmonious balance to each piece, giving an impression of a calm aura.

Patchwork Pieces

Intricately made with patchworks of braids composed of bronze and black lace and guipure. The airy and long dresses follow the lines of the body as the details bring a natural characteristic to the dresses.

Intricate Coats

Heavily embroidered to achieve ultimate excellence— the complexly made coats exalt the majestic features of the collection.

Cascade of Pink

A color that brings a whimsical and joyful feel amidst the sea of neutral colors. The selection of muted pinks ranges from clean silhouettes to bold textures, yet the color was made to stand out alone.

Reinterpreted Classics

Structured ribbons, hand-made loomed fabrics, and unique textures decorate the skirts taken from the classic New Look silhouette complemented with the iconic Bar Jacket.
