At this point, nobody can tell when the pandemic will end. Plus, the added stress that comes from all the new variants popping up isn’t helping with our mental and physical state either. But, what’s there to do when all has been said and done during quarantine? Try a new workout! We have always believed that the way to looking and feeling good is through a healthy diet and exercise. According to health psychologist, Dr. Kelly McGonigal, “When you exercise, it increases endorphins, dopamine, adrenaline and endocannabinoid—these are all brain chemicals associated with feeling happy, feeling confident, feeling capable, feeling less anxiety and stress and even less physical pain.”

Instead of suggesting the usual quarantine workouts you’ve already tried out, we’ve decided to give you a list of five new exercises you can do at home. Don’t worry! You can still add in yoga sessions or a few circuit trainings here and there, but it’s always a good idea to spice up your workout routine.
