May is all about celebrating the mothers and mother figures in our lives. Here are six celebrity moms worth highlighting for fitting an active lifestyle into their busy schedules
When your plate is already full on most days, it’s often a struggle to squeeze in a fitness routine, especially on a regular basis. That’s why it’s impressive when parents manage to do so despite having their hands full with work and children. Now, with Mother’s Day quickly approaching, we’ve listed down the six celebrity moms we’ve witnessed getting their fitness in regularly, whether it’s through the gym, at-home exercises, or sports.
Ellen Adarna
We know from our exclusive interview with Ellen Adarna that she keeps fit to stay healthy and in shape. And from what we’ve seen of her workouts on Instagram, she likes to do cardio with jump rope, for one. She also maintains her active lifestyle while on vacation with sporty fun like skiing and plenty of walking.

Andi Eigenmann
Mom-of-three Andi Eigenmann keeps up with her active lifestyle by continuing to do what she enjoys: sports. As revealed in her recent cover story with MEGA, these sports consist of boxing and surfing. Surfing is especially great to do if you live close to the beach as it lets you spend quality time with your family all while staying active.
Anne Curtis
Anne Curtis is another sports enthusiast on this list as just this year, she finished her third Abbott World Marathon Major in her fastest time yet. The race she ran was the famed Tokyo Marathon, and two things make this run particularly impressive—first, it’s the first full marathon she ran ever since the London Marathon in 2018 and since having her daughter Dahlia in 2020. Secondly, she only had eight weeks of training beforehand.

Iza Calzado
The next woman on this list is Iza Calzado. The new mom actually kept up with her fitness routine even while pregnant, with guidance from her personal trainer, Culver Padilla. Culver noted in his caption of one of her training videos that strong moms grow strong babies, and that strength training is fine so long as you stick to relatively low weights.
Aubrey Miles
The second mom-of-three on this list is Aubrey Miles, who doubles her life of glamour with being a certified trainer and fitness enthusiast. On both her Instagram and TikTok, you can find and follow along with her workout routines, which range from HIITs to ab workouts.
