Ogie Alcasid

In one of his vlogs, Ogie Alcasid enthusiastically revealed his passion for collecting toys, proudly displaying his impressive collection. His top pick? iconic Star Wars memorabilia, with R2D2 taking the spot as his ultimate favorite. But that’s not all—Ogie’s toy shelves extend to basketball player action figures of legends like Michael Jordan and LeBron James, alongside an assortment of toy cars and anime collectibles.

Jed Madela

During an online interview with Julius Babao, Jed Madela talked about his obsession with collecting toys. Among his prized possessions are Funko Pops, a hobby he picked up back in 2018. He even got a dedicated room for these treasures, which he calls his sanctuary, where he recharges his spirit. But it doesn’t stop there; his love for toys extends to statues and exclusive art pieces. He even took it up a notch, designing his own toy, and guess what? He sold out all 50 pieces in just two hours.

Vhong Navarro

Beyond his epic sneaker stash, Showtime host Vhong Navarro is a true-blue toy collector with a soft spot for Bearbricks. He candidly shared that his collection is so extensive that it occasionally ruffles the feathers of his significant other due to the space it consumes. In an interview, the TV personality shared that he has a unique genuine connection with his toys. He went on to explain that it’s not like flaunting sneakers in public; it’s a personal affair. It’s just him and his collection, making the bond even deeper.

Michael V

While most collectors keep their treasures boxed up, Michael V. marches to the beat of his drum, freeing his toys to roam and play. He playfully suggested that it might be his way of making up for a childhood without these delights. His collection spans action figures, robots, pop culture gems, and Legos. When it comes to favorites, he’s all about Star Wars and Marvel collectibles by Hot Toys. Bitoy also dropped some advice for those looking to dive into collecting: before you start, make sure you’ve got the space to spare and avoid future headaches.

Gerald Anderson

Concluding this lineup is Gerald Anderson, whose love for Iron Man is out in the open. Just one scroll through his Instagram, and you’ll spot him decked out in Iron Man-inspired gear. The actor shared that his toy collection is a mix of personal purchases, gifts from fans, and items from family. He mentioned that his admiration for the Marvel superhero dates back to the first installment and went on to say that Robert Downey Jr. is one of the actors he looks up to the most. Among the show-stoppers in his collection is a life-sized Iron Man statue, which, he admitted, didn’t come cheap. It can be recalled that the Kapamilya star lived his dream and met the star-studded cast of Avengers: Endgame, including his favorite hero, in Seoul.
