Take a look at Filipina style-setter Heart Evangelista’s five New York Fashion Week ensembles
Once again, we are seeing fashion week through the lens of Heart Evangelista, and she took us with her to New York Fashion Week. The city is known for their eclectic and playful ensembles, which we definitely saw a few days ago. The style-setter joined in on the New York chic style by infusing her own codes as seen on the five looks that we will be breaking down in this article.

Marian Zara
She started NYFW by wearing a piece made by Filipina designer Marian Zara. The monochromatic outfit played with deconstruction and texture—two tricks that can elevate any monochromatic look. A semi-sheer piece was layered with a deconstructed corset that features three layers of fabric tied together at the front.
Michael Kors
Donned in a Fall/Winter piece from 2022, Heart also went for a monochromatic look for the Michael Kors show. Her gray one-shoulder dress had a loose fit, ruched detailing on the side, and a floor-length finish at the back. She then finished off the outfit by wearing matching snakeskin patterns on her boots and clutch.
COS
For COS, the style-setter opted to go for a sleek and laid-back ensemble. She had on a tailored tube top that hugged her upper body nicely, while the trousers were done in a flared and loose manner. The all-brown ensemble was completed with her choice of bag that also had the same hue as her outfit.
Carolina Herrera
It was all about prints and patterns for Heart when she attended the Carolina Herrera show. The gingham patterned dress had a soft finish to it, which elevated the muted red, blue, and brown hues of the piece. However, the unexpected twist of her look was the pair of striking yellow boots that had floral detailings around the material. We’re taking this specific look as a subtle nod to New York style.
Michael Leyva
The cherry on top of all her New York Fashion Week looks is her ensemble for the Tory Burch show. The couture piece was made by Filipino designer Michael Leyvahttps://www.instagram.com/michaelleyva_/, and it was styled in an understated manner. Crystals adorned the semi-sheer dress from bust to the hem, and it was layered with an oversized light gray blazer for a nice dress-down aesthetic.
