This multi-purpose studio is owned by creatives, so expect nothing but the best props and backdrops
In the ’70s, a beautiful house with multiple rooms remained hidden near the busy roads of Project 8 in Quezon City. Decades later, in 2022, creatives James dela Vega and Melai Entuna of the production company Keep Filming Studios, decided to renovate the structure and turn the ancestral home into a modern, Nordic-Scandinavian creative content studio. They call it B&B Studios.

With multiple, furnished rooms and accessibility to the heart of Quezon City (home of the big media and production companies), the studio offers versatile spaces for projects, from TV shows and films to music videos and editorial photoshoots.
During the pre-construction, Melai says, their vision was to make every part of the house a good venue or backdrop for shoots, including the maintained terrazzo floors and the always-fresh matte paint on the walls (best for studio lights). While they kept many of the house’s features intact, they made sure to make the studio more modern to give it a bit of lightness.
There are eight areas, which can be rented separately or together. The cozy, neutral-hued sofa, chairs, and tables can be easily moved all around the different areas to create the perfect set-up for any concept. The wide holding area can accommodate a good number of people, while giving them enough privacy. Upstairs, there’s a bathtub that lies inside a minimalist bathroom. Plus, there’s a kitchen where the team can serve the meals or shoot their content.
B&B Studios offers budget rates, too, if the client wants to rent the whole house. Overall, B&B Studios is a gorgeous, all-around location that gives clients freedom to put out their ideas and make them come to life.
