Now that Rambo Nuñez Ortega and Maja Salvador are starting their lifetime together, the couple shared with Mega Entertainment an exclusive look into their prenuptial adventures in Egypt and their Bali wedding

When two people are on top of their game, alphas at that, chances are they would clash. But then came today’s top actress and showbiz multi-hyphenate Maja Salvador and one of the most reliable entertainment businessmen Rambo Nuñez Ortega to debunk all claims. The moment the two rekindled their romance in 2019, after almost a decade since they had a brief three-month relationship back in 2010, both of them have proven that finding the right one for you is as important as what season in your life you are in at the moment.
The affections go beyond the twinkling eyes and surface-level butterflies in the stomach. Maja knew their relationship the second time around was for keeps: “Iyong first part ng relationship namin, ilang months lang talaga. Nandoon ’yong kilig-kilig lang, but then noong nagkabalikan kami, alam mo na it’s more than kilig.”
Rambo adds, “After ng experiences namin as individuals, it’s not just kilig-kilig na lang. Hindi na siya iyong, ‘Ito gusto ko, kinikilig ako.’ It’s more of appreciating the things that people don’t really appreciate more often, which makes it more special.”
The bond that both comes from sharing the same values, among others, especially when it comes to valuing their families.
Maja further explains, “Hindi ka sa kaniya lang in love, kung hindi sa family din niya. Parehas kami ni Rambo ng pinaniniwalaan. Parehas kaming family-oriented. Nakita ko sa kaniya paano niya mahalin nang sobra-sobra ang Mommy, iyong sister niya, at kung paano rin siya um-effort noon sa mommy ko, sa brother ko, sa friends ko. Nahanap niya iyong kiliti ko. Nakita ko sa kaniya ang gusto ko sa isang lalaki.”
Maja adds, “He has mga pamangkin din, so nakita ko paano siya sa kids.” Of course, Rambo has gives his wife his own praises: “Gusto ko kung paano si Maj with people around her, kung paano niya sila i-value, i-treasure. Also kung paano siya mag-effort sa mga tao around her, especially loved ones. Iyon ang pinaka-glaring quality niya na nasabi kong, ‘She’s the one.’”
