And as the drop travels further down and ultimately rests upon the earth, the drop is now intertwined with the deep, rich musk of sandalwood and crisp cedar. Staying true to its name and story, a drop-shaped bottle will be housing the poetic raindrop. The flacon designed by Todd Bracher symbolizes a drop within a drop. Seen through the lenses of nature, the imagery and vision of the packaging emulate the captivating colors of a lush rainforest such as the azure blue of a cloudless sky and the striking hues of the all greenery encircling the forest.
While A Drop d’Issey Eau de Parfum Fraîche celebrates the hidden wonders of nature, Issey Miyake makes sure to do their part in preserving its beauty. The notable drop-shaped bottle is made out of 5 percent recycled glass, and the box that encloses it is made from cardboard derived from sustainably managed forests. Even the fragrance itself is vegan and made with recyclable and renewable materials.
