These female celebrities attended the Gucci Cruise 2024 Collection show in Seoul with their iterations of the Maison’s signature codes.

Booming as the rising fashion capital of the world, South Korea served yet again as a runway to another luxury house—Gucci. The staging of Gucci’s Cruise 2024 Collection at the Gyeongbokgung Palace was indeed a timely honor to the 25 years since the country welcomed its first Gucci boutique in its borders.

More than the power of the Asian market for luxury purchase, the influence of the stars coming from the continent have reached a global status. It is definitely no surprise that Gucci invited some of the biggest female names today to welcome their new collection. Here are the women who represented Gucci’s take on elegance anchored on timeless eclecticism.

Anne Curtis

The Philippines’ it-girl goddess channeled quiet regality with her red buttoned cape dress and black heels. Keeping her whole ensemble cohesive, Anne matched the bamboo hardware with a wide belt.

Shin Min-A

Black never goes out of fashion, and so does Shin Min-A’s charm. For her look last night, the actress went for subtle yet striking Gucci codes. The base was a pleated dress with sheer sleeves, coupled with printed stockings and studded platform sandals. Topping it all off was the Gucci Bamboo 1947 bag.

The South Korean multihyphenate breathed regal youthfulness into her ensemble, wearing sheer coordinates patterned with some yellow embroidered floral pattern. Her Gucci Jackie 1961 bag was the perfect statement piece to highlight the dainty flowers on her outfit.

Always keeping nostalgia in play inside and outside their group’s fashion, the Gucci house ambassador from NewJeans went for a retro look donning a long-sleeved dress over tights. She also went with a matching horsebit detailing with her belt and her 1955 Horsebit leather bag.

Alia Bhatt

Among those who understood Gucci’s eclectic trademark was the house’s first Indian ambassador, Alia Bhatt. Playing with elements peeking through her look, the actress wore a polka dot dress. The crystal-crusted holes of the dress added a contemporary style to the classic 60s silhouette of the piece. Thrusting more transparency into her outfit, she opted for the acrylic variation of the Gucci Jackie 1961.

Taking notes on Gucci’s wide color palette, ITZY’s Ryujin opted to inject different shades into her preppy ensemble. Her statement pieces came in the form of her yellow and blue houndstooth top with scarf along with the apple green Jackie 1961 bag. Mixing various textures as well, the main rapper also donned an embossed skirt and leather platform loafers.

Lim Ji Yeon

The Glory actress went for a sleek chic look, from her beauty to her fashion styling. Ji Yeon wore an embellished sweater dress with feathered hem sleeves along with 1955 bag and platform shoes that carried the horsebit code.

aespa’s talented weapon visual was clad in a black ribbed top with the accents of Gucci’s signature red and green color combination. She paired it off with a red leather skirt and a Deco mini bag.

Davika Hoorne

Lace is an ever-present fabric in Gucci’s collections and that is because of the timeless elegance it offers. That and a bow accent screams the maison’s style. Thai actress Davika Hoorne was a sight to behold in her bowed halter neck lace dress. She added a little edge to her outfit by bringing out her gloves and Gucci Jackie 1961 with a gold chain hardware.

The youngest member of girl group IVE exuded chic school girl energy with her oversized blazer with stooping shoulder blades, paired with the preppy calf socks and loafers combination.

Liu Wen

The Chinese supermodel incorporated the Cruise Collection’s 90s vibe in her red sheer top. Keeping her look relaxed yet refined, she paired it with Gucci’s black skirt with teardrop hole detailing, jet black Gucci Bamboo bag, and sandals.
