More than the power of the Asian market for luxury purchase, the influence of the stars coming from the continent have reached a global status. It is definitely no surprise that Gucci invited some of the biggest female names today to welcome their new collection. Here are the women who represented Gucci’s take on elegance anchored on timeless eclecticism.

Anne Curtis

The Philippines’ it-girl goddess channeled quiet regality with her red buttoned cape dress and black heels. Keeping her whole ensemble cohesive, Anne matched the bamboo hardware with a wide belt.

Shin Min-A

Black never goes out of fashion, and so does Shin Min-A’s charm. For her look last night, the actress went for subtle yet striking Gucci codes. The base was a pleated dress with sheer sleeves, coupled with printed stockings and studded platform sandals. Topping it all off was the Gucci Bamboo 1947 bag.

IU

The South Korean multihyphenate breathed regal youthfulness into her ensemble, wearing sheer coordinates patterned with some yellow embroidered floral pattern. Her Gucci Jackie 1961 bag was the perfect statement piece to highlight the dainty flowers on her outfit.

Hanni

Always keeping nostalgia in play inside and outside their group’s fashion, the Gucci house ambassador from NewJeans went for a retro look donning a long-sleeved dress over tights. She also went with a matching horsebit detailing with her belt and her 1955 Horsebit leather bag.

Alia Bhatt

Among those who understood Gucci’s eclectic trademark was the house’s first Indian ambassador, Alia Bhatt. Playing with elements peeking through her look, the actress wore a polka dot dress. The crystal-crusted holes of the dress added a contemporary style to the classic 60s silhouette of the piece. Thrusting more transparency into her outfit, she opted for the acrylic variation of the Gucci Jackie 1961.

Mixing various textures as well, the main rapper also donned an embossed skirt and leather platform loafers.
