Bea’s ethereal fashion at the GMA Gala 2024 redefines what it takes to bling as an established, celestial figure in the industry

At the GMA Ball 2024, timelessness fit Bea Alonzo like a glove; or better yet, like an Alaïa piece. In the form of the white number from the Spring 2024 Ready-to-Wear collection, the actress redefined what it meant to bling—sleek and understated.

While splendid appliqués shining and shimmering from afar are what we usually associate with the theme, Bea’s team took it up a notch through silhouette and style. “The dress is a statement in itself,” Leanne Ledesma of Qurator Studio noted. “From our initial conversation with Bea, we wanted to go for the opposite of flashy, and go sleek, chic, contemporary.”

Other elements of the outfit underscored Bea and her team’s vision of modest and ethereal style—Tiffany & Co. hardware earrings with diamonds, clear Alexis Bittar sculptural lucite cuffs, and white Amina Muaddi heels in “Angelica.” As the stylist described, “A new classic. It’s also a reflection of Bea’s evolving personal style.”

Having been a part of Bea’s team for half a decade, Ledesma noted the actress’s established sartorial style today. “She is becoming more affirmative about her fashion decisions because we think she knows herself more. She’s experimented so much with fashion that she’s coming into her own personal style with such confidence about what works and doesn’t. We love that we are able to contribute to this evolution,” she noted.
