Celebrities Zanjoe Marudo and Ria Atayde shocked the world with an announcement that they tied the knot over the weekend—and on the same day as Ria’s birthday, too! There’s no doubt the showbiz couple is elating with happiness over celebrating a new year of blessings for Ria—and beginning so with the love of her life.

The couple announced their engagement last February 20, where Ria shared sweet photos of them together, penning it, “Forever sounds good.”
Looks like forever already started last March 23—which was also Ria’s 32nd birthday. The actor took this opportunity to greet his partner with the intimate wedding photos while also referring to Ria for the first time as “my wife.”
Family and friends in and out of the limelight couldn’t hide their happiness for the two in Zanjoe’s comments section. Mikee and Gela Atayde, Ria’s cousin and sister respectively, warmly welcomed Zanjoe to the family, even calling him kuya. Other stars who congratulated the couple and sent their well wishes include Jane Oineza, Isabelle Daza, and Angelica Panganiban. Maine Mendoza also left hearts on the post—excited to have Zanjoe as her brother-in-law.
