Here Are the Places Bella Racelis, Benedict Cua, and More Visited in Chiang Mai, Thailand

In a fun April weekend with Oxecure, together with SNAILWHITE’s glow-getters and SPARKLE’s ambassadors, Bella Racelis, Benedict Cua, Pam Swing, Jan Ong, and Lynell Lopez got to explore Thailand’s historical and religious center, Chiang Mai

It’s no secret that Chiang Mai is one of the most visited cities in Asia. It is a mountain town known for its golden temples, stunning countryside view, bustling night scene, and pleasant temperature all year round. Dubbed as the “Rose of the North”, this city in Northern Thailand has grown its own appeal that is distinct from that of Bangkok or Phuket—serene and full of romance. No wonder Bella Racelis, Oxecure Brand Ambassador, says her first trip to Thailand is definitely one for the books.

Along with content creators Benedict Cua, Pam Swing, Jan Angelo, and Lynell Lopez, Bella spent a few days in Chiang Mai last April. Here are the places they went to:

The group’s first stop in Chiang Mai is the Royal Flora Ratchaphruek, an expansive botanical garden developed to celebrate the 60th anniversary of King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s accession to the throne and his 80th birthday. This Thai garden has over 1,900 species of plants and flowers from different countries, such as India, South Korea, Canada, Nepal, Vietnam, China, and so on.

An ethical day with gentle giants

At the Elephant Nature Park, the group had the chance to enjoy the company of Thailand’s rescued elephants up close and personal. It’s a far cry from poor zoo enclosures; they played with them and fed them by hand. It was the “highlight of the day,” as Bella described in a snap with an elephant on Instagram

Bella Racelis and the group were taken to Chiang Mai Old City, which is nestled within a large square inside the medieval city walls, to visit the temple Wat Phra That Doi Suthep. The structure boasts a distinct decorating style, with a mixture of ancient Thai Lanna, Myanmar (Burma), and Cambodia.

While making the most of their week-long itinerary in Chiang Mai, Thailand, the content creators and brand ambassadors made sure keep their skin protected, healthy, and acne-free, with Oxecure’s line of dermatologically-tested solutions.
