To all the señoritas out there, prepare yourselves because Shawn Mendes is coming to Manila.
From only uploading covers on vine back in 2012 to finally doing world tours, it’s safe to say that Shawn Mendes has surely leaped a long way. Apart from having a strong social media following way before he started his career in music, he has proved over time that he really has the talent to thrive in a cut-throat industry.
Come to think of it, he has already achieved several chart-topping songs like “In My Blood” and “Señorita.” If that’s not enough, he’s now a Grammy-nominated artist, multi-platinum singer/songwriter, and even a Calvin Klein model. Now, honestly speaking, that’s something not any artist can easily pull-off.
So with the recent release of his self-titled album, it’s only fitting to see Shawn Mendes bound for another global tour. But this time, his shows span to more than 100 dates throughout 2019. He is expected to travel to North America, Latin America, Europe, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and Asia.
And part of the heartthrob artist’s Asia leg is none other than Manila, which was finally announced by concert promoter MMI Live. Shawn will be kicking it off on the first day of October in Bangkok. Then it will be followed by his shows in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Manila, Macao, and Tokyo.
The much-awaited return of Shawn Mendes is happening on October 10, 2019, at the Mall of Asia Arena. So if you haven’t gotten your tickets yet, the tickets are still on sale through SM Tickets.
