From the comfort of their own homes, customers will be able to easily communicate with Robbie & Rosie through SMS or Viber, with the latter being the most convenient one to use since photos and videos can be sent, while video calls can even be made to reduce any mishaps. They will also be given a complete summary of their orders to ensure that everyone on both ends is aligned and aware of every single item that will be purchased.
Once everything has been completed, each customer will be asked if they prefer to pick-up the items themselves or book a delivery courier, which Robbie & Rosie can assist with as well. What’s even better is that this new Robinsons Malls service is offering a free shopping fee until further notice, as well as free delivery from March 26 to 31, 2021.
