Fitspiration First: Follow These Accounts for Your Fitness Journey

By

When we scroll through our social media feeds and see transformation or weight loss journey posts, we sometimes sigh and finally tell ourselves, All right, this is it. I’m finally working out. If only it were that easy.

Our health and fitness has taken a back seat because of our need to survive and thrive in our hustle culture. We think that any time devoted to rest and recreation should be time for meeting a deadline or talking to a client. The closest thing to rest that we know now is scrolling through our different apps.

And while you’re at it, check out these fitspiration accounts that will motivate you to stop scrolling, drop your phone, and get those running shoes or yoga mat.
