On September 26, we will finally witness how the Philippine adaptation added its own flavor to the original Netflix hit.
The show that inspired us to make our dreams into reality is finally coming to Philippine television with GMA’s adaptation of Start-Up!
Bea Alonzo stars as Danica Sison, the counterpart of Suzy’s character—Seo Dalmi—in the series. This is also Bea’s first project as a Kapuso!
Alden Richards, on the other hand, plays Tristan Hernandez. Tristan is the “Good Boy” aka the Han Jipyeong of the Philippine remake.
Yasmin Kurdi and Jeric Gonzales take on the roles of Katrina Sison/Ina Diaz and Dave Navarro, respectively. Katrina/Ina is Dani’s estranged sister (Seo In-jae/Won In-jae in the Korean series), meanwhile Dave is the new Nam Do San of the country.
Directed by Jerry Lopez Sineneng, Start-Up PH premieres on September 26, on GMA.
