We run down the best pairs of footwear that November has blessed us with

The month of November has come to a close. Just like every month before it, another batch of sneaker releases has come along as days went by. Here, MEGA Man lists down the best sneakers the recently concluded month had to offer.

Hender Scheme x The North Face Nuptse Down Mule

Hender Scheme x The North Face Nupste Down Mule Sneaker

The North Face is no stranger to fashion-based collaborations. This time, they collaborated with Japanese footwear and accessories brand Hender Scheme. As part of their fourth and final pairing, one of the items released was North Face’s take on Hender Scheme’s Nuptse Down Mule. The result is a pair not too different from the American brand’s designs, and a now-outerwear and adventure vibe for the Nuptse Down Mule.

RIMOWA x adidas NMD_S1

Adidas NMD_S1 x RIMOWA Sneaker

The latest iteration of Adidas’ NMD line is given a makeover courtesy of luggage maker RIMOWA. The silhouette features a color inspired by the latter’s aluminum suitcases, coupled with orange hints that are said to symbolize the outdoors.

LeBron James x Nike Dunk Low “Fruity Pebbles”

LeBron James x Nike Dunk Low "Fruity Pebbles" Sneaker

A tribute to the King’s favorite cereal resulted in this collaboration between Nike and LeBron James. What we get is a bright and colorful sneaker with a predominantly white and red base. Other than this are hints of blue and yellow near the interior to go along with branding identities from Nike, LeBron, and Fruity Pebbles.

Salehe Bembury x Crocs Pollex Clog “Sasquatch”

A part of the second Salehe Bembury and Crocs Pollex collection, this pair takes on an all-black colorway. Comfort-wise, the pair strategically places vent holes in high heat areas up front, coupled with semi-translucent panels in high-wear areas of our feet.

DJ Khaled x Air Jordan 5

Another one (no pun intended). Five years and three Jordan 3 pairs later, DJ Khaled and Jordan Brand collaborate once more. This time, it’s a pair of pastel-colored Jordan 5s. On top of the pastel colors is a luxe quilted liner and personal details plus his We The Best label logo at the heel that accompanies the traditional Nike Air logo.

adidas Crazy 1 ‘Lakers Home’

This is a re-release of Kobe Bryant’s first-ever signature sneaker in LA Lakers colors. Every part of it is retained, and is still perfect for their Sunday White uniforms—enough said.

A Ma Maniére x Air Jordan 4

A Ma Maniere x Jordan 4

Jordan Brand and luxury reseller A Ma Maniére link up for another sneaker collaboration. Inspired by African-American leaders, this collaboration features a luxury vibe on the Air Jordan 4. From the Violet Ore upper to the metal pins and quilted interior, this pair of Jordans scream premium.

While it was meant and designed to be a running shoe, Mizuno has released premium options for its iconic Wave Rider 10. Originally released in 2007, the silhouette went on to develop a cult following. Three autumnal colors are included, with each one featuring breathable suede paneling and tightly woven mesh.

Beyond Retro x Converse Chuck 70 ‘Velvet’

Beyond Retro x Converse Chuck 70 "Velvet" Sneaker

Beyond Retro and Converse link up to put a twist on a classic silhouette. In line with the upcoming holiday season, the Chuck 70 is given an upcycled velvet upper. To further their twist, during the upcycling process, they ensure the color and texture of the velvet are varied, giving a unique feel to each pair sold.

Jeremy Scott x adidas Forum 84 Low ‘Multi’

Jeremy Scott x adidas Forum 84 Low "Multi" Sneaker

Originally a basketball shoe, the Forum 84 has since become one for lifestyle. This time, however, it’s become the featured silhouette for adidas and Jeremy Scott’s latest collaboration. With its premium white leather, it has become the perfect canvas for signature Jeremy Scott art.

[BONUS] Toya Horiuchi x Converse CS Loafer SK

Toya Horiuchi x Converse CS Loafer SK

New York-based artist Toya Horiuchi turns Converse’s CS Loafer SKs into his own. With its red leather uppers, this collaborative piece turns the original silhouette to what leans toward a dress shoe vibe and features the artist’s New York typography in the tongue area. Outside of this are the standard Converse branding identities.
