Timeless & iconic movie actors Eddie Garcia, Nora Aunor, Maricel Soriano, Charo Santos-Concio were among those who were honored at the second Entertainment Editors’ Choice Awards, popularly known as The Eddys, on July 9th at The Theatre at Solaire and was hosted by siblings Raymond & Ruffa Gutierrez.
Celebrated film actors, producers, directors, cinematographers and newcomers from both the indie and mainstream consciousness came together to commemorate the blossoming artistry in the said industry. Hip hop film Respeto was the big winner of the night, Kita Kita, Seven Sundays, Birdshot also garnered recognition for their hard work and stars Sanya Lopez & JC Santos were announced as the Best Dressed pair of the evening.
