Parley for the Oceans is an organization that addresses environmental threats such as plastic pollution. The organization partnered up with adidas 5 years ago and were able to make futuristic sneakers in shades of aquamarine. The line includes recycled versions of the Ultraboost, Terrex Two, ALPHAEDGE 4D, and more. 
Converse Renew
Converse’s take on an innovative and sustainable line of sneakers is Converse Renew. Old denim scraps, post industrial waste, and recycled polyester are just a few materials Converse incorporates in the line. You’ll see a range of sustainable renditions of their iconic sneakers from the Chuck All Star 70s to Jack Purcells. 
Nike
The Swoosh brand has made multiple sustainable sneakers in the past. Their NASA-inspired line called, Space Hippie, was an absolute hit in the sneaker industry. Aside from this, the brand has also created the Nike Flyleather Earth Day Pack with artist Steven Harrington, which features cream, red, and blue colorways.

The newly launched Gucci Off The Grid brings a different perspective unto the meaning of sustainability. Despite being ahead in the game of sustainability, Balenciaga has yet to create a sustainable line of sneakers. Instead, the brand has a holistic approach in lessening their environmental foot print.
