At the South Korean stop of the Deadpool & Wolverine world tour, the actor and the vlogger scored an exclusive interview with Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman, who play Deadpool and Wolverine, respectively. Making the most of this opportunity, they matched the wit and humor of the two Hollywood stars in their conversation. As netizens commented, Reynolds and Cong understood the language of deadpan and sarcastic humor.
Apart from the two lead stars, Donny also had the opportunity to interview the film director, Shawn Levy. The latter even praised the actor’s style and energy, commenting that he wanted to steal Pangilinan’s leather jacket. “Donny, you got a whole good vibe! I think you’re gonna go far as an actor,” Levy remarked. The actor then expressed his willingness to work with the director.
Meanwhile, Cong TV merged work and leisure in his trip to South Korea, as captured by his recent vlog. During their interview, he asked Reynolds some fatherly advice in a way that the latter would definitely understand his language. As expected, the Deadpool actor matched his energy.
While the Filipino YouTuber maintained his couldn’t-care-less attitude and called the vlog a random one, Donny now refers to him as his main guy.
