One of the best things about Korean music or K-Pop is its ability to change with the seasons. With their second EP, Get Up, they are collaborating with Powerpuff Girls, just in time for the latter’s 25th year anniversary.

If that isn’t nostalgic enough for you, the recent teasers of NewJeans feature Minji, Hyein, Haerin, Hanni, and Danielle in ballet wear and fairy-like looks in nature. Based on these concepts, it surely feels like we’re diving into the group’s very own fairy tale soon.
A breath of fresh air
BTS maknae Jungkook finally confirmed his single “Seven” today, delighting ARMYs all over the world. Although this may be a solo track, it seems to pay homage to the other members just by the title itself. With BIGHIT describing the track as a “an invigorating ‘summer song’ that is sure to have you experience the full breadth of Jungkook’s charm,” it may just be a mix of pop and R&B that will surely fit the singer-songwriter’s light, breezy voice.

A summer adventure to remember
Each summer has a story, and what’s one without an exciting journey? With ITZY’s new EP called Kill My Doubt, we are in for one hell of a ride. Based on the first teaser and the album design, Yeji, Lia, Ryujin, Chaeryeong, and Yuna will be playing with the concept of a boxing match this time around. However, futuristic elements with their looks and the set design are also featured in the said teaser.
