Kim Kardashian was all about making a hot pink statement with her recent appearances
It’s safe to say at this point that we won’t be seeing an end to Kim Kardashian’s love affair with her mainstay label Balenciaga. Recently she wore the brand again to great effect for an appearance in television show Saturday Night Live.
Last Thursday, ahead of her SNL appearance, Kim K. stepped out in New York City wearing a head-to-toe Barbie Pink Balenciaga ensemble—a far cry from her usual black. She carried on with the electricfying color three more times, making a case for this summer hue during fall season.
Pink velvet
For her first look, Kim Kardashian wore a structured velvet blazer with statement shoulders, and paired the top with the brand’s famous knee-high boots, pink gloves, and a rhinestone-encrusted Hourglass Bag.
Sporty-glam
On her way to the studio, Kardashian went for Balenciaga’s technical, sporty signature pieces with a long, pink anorak. Kim then paired her statement coat with silver pointy boots, a sparkly handbag, chunky shades, and large dangly earrings.
What A Sketch
Kardashian made her SNL debut with a spicy monologue encompassing all of controversies that surrounded her and her family, but apart from the sketch, her look also made it to the headlines. The eye-catching outfit was another head-to-toe pink Balenciaga: a velvet catsuit that showcased her famous figure.
Spandex catsuit
After performing her monologue, and presumably ready for an after-party with the whole cast, Kardashian left the SNL studio wearing another flourescent pink Balenciaga. This time she opted for a spandex catsuit with built-in heels, paired with a shaggy floor-length coat.
