Typhoon Carina has devastated the Philippines, its victims bearing the brunt of the storm’s fury. Though the typhoon left the Philippine area of responsibility today, hundreds and thousands of Filipinos are left to struggle and cope with the disaster’s aftermath. With malls and evacuation centers full, donation drives, relief operations, and restaurant relief efforts are underway to support those in need.
