It seems like the fashion world has a new baby daddy and momma to induct to the club as Zayn Malik and Gigi Hadid finally welcomed their daughter over the weekend.
Admittedly, as we continue to live through the global crisis brought upon by COVID-19, it’s quite hard to receive good news. However, today is different because another gorgeous life is warmly received by the entertainment and fashion industry as Gigi Hadid gave birth to her first child with Zayn Malik.
Despite having an on-and-off again relationship over the years, constantly toying with our emotions, it is a moment of pure bliss that they finally settled in with each other. Perhaps they’re the Ross and Rachel from the classic rom-com series Friends in real life, right? But kidding aside, their relationship has been going stronger than ever, especially with the arrival of their baby.
Indescribable as it is, the two expressed their feelings of finally being join by their baby after nine months of waiting. Zayn shares on his Instagram, “To try to put into words how I am feeling right now would be an impossible task. The love I feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding. Grateful to know her, proud to call her mine, and thankful for the life we will have together.” Gigi, on the other hand, expressed on her social media that her daughter has already changed their world, redefining the meaning of unconditional love.
Prior to giving birth, the new parents waited out the arrival of their baby in their Manhattan apartment in New York City. The supermodel-turned-supermom also clarified during her recent virtual guesting from The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon, “Obviously, we wished we could have announced it on our own terms but we’re very excited and happy and grateful for everyone’s well wishes and support.”
The new parents have yet to announce the name of their baby to the public.
