Just in time for her 20th year anniversary in the industry, Maja earns the fruits of her labor in a special lifelong tribute
Mention the name Maja Salvador and not only one show or talent can be noted. From being an actor to a total performer, Maja’s skills are not the only thing that makes her stand out from the rest. It is also her hard work, natural sense of humor, and good heart that made all the difference. Certainly, 20 years in show business is a testament to that.
To celebrate the trajectory of her career, the actress has yet again proven her staying power—a star for a star. Maja’s legacy is now solidified with her very own star at Eastwood City’s Walk of Fame!
“Ang magtrabaho at malagay sa hanay ng mga iniidolo ko, at mga haligi ng industriya, ay isang karangalan na papahalagahan ko magpakailanman,” the all-around star wrote in her Instagram caption, thanking Megaworld for the recognition. During the event, fiancé Rambo Nuñez accompanied the star.
What started as a special feature on The Buzz landed a 14-year-old Maja a role in the 2004 teleserye It Might Be You starring John Lloyd Cruz and Bea Alonzo. She also had her first love team in the series with John Prats.
Since then, the actress has taken on numerous roles ranging from drama, comedy, and thriller. She also showed her dancing prowess on the ASAP stage and earned the “Dance Prince” title. Singing is also part of her craft with the release of her solo album.
In 2021, the star founded her own talent agency, Crown Artist Management. Among her roster of talents include John Lloyd Cruz, Jasmine Curtis-Smith, and her own sister, Jessy Salvador.
