Known as one of the pillars of makeup artistry in the country, Fanny Serrano has made a mark in the world of beauty and fashion.
In a post by Pageanthology 101 on Facebook last night, the demise of the renowned makeup artist was announced. Serrano carved his name on the industry of fashion and beauty as the makeup artist of stars Sharon Cuneta, Lorna Tolentino, Cherie Gil, and Celia Rodriguez.
Being exposed to the show business, he also starred in movies such as Tarima (2010) and Tulak (2009). He also acted in the longest running show in the country, Maalaala Mo Kaya, for several episodes.
He dabbled into fashion as well as a designer, and launched Fanny Serrano Salon.
In 2016 and March 2021, the makeup artist suffered a stroke but recovered.
Showbiz is certainly mourning the loss of this iconic creative.
