Marian and Dingdong open their hearts and their new home to journalist Jessica Soho for a year-end interview
Everyone has their own way of celebrating the holidays. For others, it means family gatherings and catch-up sessions with friends. To some, it is a season of lonesome nostalgia. But for Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera, this year’s Christmas celebration is all about family and new beginnings.
In an exclusive interview with Jessica Soho, the couple sat down for a catch-up session with the renowned journalist.

This segment of Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho started with a tour of the new Casa Dantes, where both Marian and Dingdong have their own offices for them to work on their respective businesses in private.
When asked about where they are celebrating Christmas this year, the couple said that they want to make memories in their new home. “First na magho-host kami sa both families,” Dingdong said.
Stressing the significance of a complete family, Marian also opened up about the importance of giving that to their children, Zia and Sixto.
“Buong buhay ko, si Lola lang talaga ‘yung nand’yan, kaya ‘yun talaga ‘yung dream ko—‘yung nand’yan kami ni Dong for the kids,” Marian explained. “Naranasan ko na lang ‘yun after Marimar, eh, [at] 22 years old.”
Ending the interview, Marian cooked her specialty: Menudo for Jessica.
The actress also teased her showbiz comeback with a drama series next year, which we are all looking forward to already.
