“I’ve always loved looking my best growing up,” Rosenda tells MEGA. “And I love helping each and every woman to feel beautiful in their own way.”

Beauty is a powerful force—it’s more than just looking good. It gives us the confidence to present the best version of ourselves to the world, and this is Rosenda’s everyday mission, dedicating herself to this cause through carefully selected ingredients and formulas and through her desire to offer every woman their skincare needs.

“I began with selling beauty products online seven years ago,” she shares. “And when the time came that I saw an opportunity to start my own brand, I took it.”

Now, with a sustaining robust business model that values quality, efficacy, safety, and sincerity, Rosenda celebrates the different expressions of beauty the Filipina can provide in the permanent quest for continuous self-care. The daily grind can often be overwhelming. But for a female entrepreneur such as Rosenda, her fulfillment comes from an advocacy built on driving and contributing to the overall confidence of women. “We’re a locally-made brand that encourages them to boost their confidence,” she says. “Not just physically, but in a way that makes a skincare routine a part of taking care of themselves—so that you reveal the best version of you to yourself and to the world.”

A Woman’s Self-trust is the Fuel to Lead

To do this, Rosenda creates for and around people. Her perspective is unexpected and generates change. It’s shaped and formed by her experience, environment, and intuition as a woman who’s cutting through the glass and taking charge. “I trust my intuition to guide my business decisions,” she tells MEGA. “I’ve faced so many challenges in the business industry. I’ve faced so many rejections, but they fueled me to get me where I am right now. Seven years ago, when I started, people told me they were going to support me. But then nawala silang lahat. So I told myself that I need to stand firm with my decision, because if I can’t support myself, who else is going to do it? That’s what motivated me to continue the business.”

 This doesn’t mean logic, academic and work experience go to the wayside. But as Rosenda leads, it’s clear that it’s a holistic approach—a holistic blend of skills and vision and drive to execute. But when it’s people like Rosenda who don’t do that, they can start a movement of women stepping into leadership potential and building a generation that reshapes the working world—or in Rosenda’s case, the beauty industry.
