In their 25th year in the industry, Spanish bridal brand, Rosa Clara has a lot to celebrate
It has been 10 years since Rosa Clará Philippines first opened its flagship boutique on October 26, 2011 at the Residences at Greenbelt, introducing the ready-to-wear bridal concept to Filipinas. Since then, the Barcelona based bridal house which recently celebrated its 25th year in the industry, has become the go-to-brand for numerous Filipina brides for their special days. These brides include celebrities and influencers like Bianca Gonzalez Intal, Patti Grandidge Herrera, Bea Soriano Dee, Martine Cajucom Ho, and recently Carla Abellana wore the brand for her prenup shoot.
Filipinas have warmed up to the brand that produces exquisite wedding gowns for contemporary brides who dream of wearing elegant, romantic and timeless dresses for the biggest days in their lives. International celebrities and European royalty have also chosen this designer for their weddings. Most recently the brides of international athletes Rafael Nadal and Leonel Messi have walked down their aisles in Rosa Clará numbers and in 2019 Princess Stephanie of Monaco’s son Louis Ducruet married Marie Chevallier who wore 3 Rosa Clara dresses for her royal wedding, including a very chic jumpsuit!
The Spanish bridal brand is highly visible with stores across the globe, usually found in prime shopping districts like in Rue Fabourg Saint-Honore in Paris, where it sits right across from the Palais Elysee and in the Nakheel Mall, Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. While there are also stores in the USA, England, France, Portugal and of course in multiple provinces of Spain and in South and Central America, the boutique at the Residences as Greenbelt is still the only branch in Asia. This is why the Makati store has also been catering to not just Filipina brides but also to clients from Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, Guam, Thailand, and Vietnam.
Wide range of styles
The Makati showroom offers brides a seamless and stress free wedding gown shopping experience. Brides are spoilt for choice with hundreds of samples available in the store for them to choose from. They are able to cater to a wide range of styles, tastes and budgets with prices starting at PHP80,000 to around PHP180,000. With a specially trained in-house tailoring team, gowns are only touched by Rosa Clará professionals and no part of the process is outsourced. From the creation to the final alterations, you can be assured that your gown is properly cared for and handled by only members of the team.
Seamless experience
The entire process of choosing, ordering and altering a gown may take about 7-8 months, since it takes 6 months for a gown to be made and delivered from the headquarters in Barcelona. However, given that many brides nowadays are choosing to go with shorter engagements, it is also possible to choose a gown from the showroom which the in-house team can alter for you.
Whimsical take on classics
Brides-to-be are in for a treat because for the 2022 collection, a new line of fresh, whimsical takes on the classic Rosa Clará styles have arrived at the Greenbelt flagship. A play on different shades of white and nude and an emphasis on the use of tulle and intricate beadwork highlight the new collection.
