Coinciding with the unveiling of Rustan’s Makati’s newly revitalized Beauty Hall, each guest had the opportunity to experience beauty in a new light over cocktails, dramatic live performances, and exciting activities from their favorite beauty brands. Rustan’s remains at the forefront of luxury retail for over 70 years now, and this exclusive event further cemented their commitment in giving every lifestyle a taste of refinement and class.
What went down
Kicking off this exciting opening was a ribbon cutting ceremony with Rustan’s top executives together with Miss Universe 2018 Catriona Gray as they welcomed each guest to the revamped Beauty Hall. As everyone reveled at Rustan’s very own sanctuary of beauty and luxury, a special short program hosted by Tim Yap and Nicole Andersson commenced, setting in motion this year’s Beauty Addict Event.
CHANEL, Clarins, La Prairie, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Tom Ford, MAC, La Mer, Clé de Peau Beauté, Shiseido, Hermes, Diptyque, Maison Francis Kurkdjian, L’Occitane, Grown Alchemist, Malin+Goetz, and L:a Bruket were some of the participating luxury beauty brands for this exciting event. With engaging activities with prizes in store, everyone was in for a treat the moment they stepped foot inside the Beauty Hall.
Following the short program was a dramatic performance by the Halili Dance Group. Live music from the Manila String Machine Orchestra and singer Bea Tantoco enlivened the event and gave the evening a theatrical note to it. And as the festivities started to wind down, an afterparty then took place with an open dance floor for guests to enjoy cocktails sponsored by the Philippine Wine Merchants and hors d’oeuvres carefully crafted by Margarita Forés.
