Shake Shack but with a Filipino touch!
On May 10, 2019, Shake Shack will open its doors to Filipinos on its first branch in Manila at BGC. Shake Shack culinary director Mark Rosati was fascinated by our love for great food and with this as an inspiration, a Manila-exclusive menu has been crafted especially for the local fans. Here is everything
Shack Attack
Bucky’s original brownie just got even better with chocolate custard, featuring 55% cacao chocolate from Auro, local and sustainably sourced bean-to-bar chocolates.
Calamansi Pie Oh My
Wildflour Bakery brings in crowd favorite Calamansi pie with vanilla custard onto the menu. And with the company’s mission to Stand for Something Good, 5% of the sales from this specific item on the menu will go to Children’s Hour, an organization that supports projects on education, health & nutrition, and child welfare & development for Filipino children in need.
Calamansi Limeade
The classic Shake Shack lemonade has just gotten a Filipino twist, fusing sweet and tart flavors.
Uuuube-by baby
To ride on the scrumptious goodness ube brings, Shake Shack introduces this vanilla custard dish mixed with ube, coconut marshmallow, ube cookie, toasted coconut, and crispy pinipig, all topped with leche flan.
Ube Shake
Handspun upon order, taste the goodness of ube blended with vanilla frozen custard ice cream—a Shake Shack take on a local favorite.
The very first Shake Shack in the Philippines opens on May 10, 11:00 am at Central Square in Bonifacio High Street at Bonifacio Global City along Fifth Avenue. The first 100 guests in line will snag some cool Shack swag, and fun activities are planned to start at 9 am before the restaurant opens at 11 am.
