Stressed Out? Here Are Miranda Kerr's Top Wellness Tips

Luckily, we have supermodel, businesswoman and wellness expert Miranda Kerr to look up to in times of stress. Known for mastering the art of a well-balanced life, she has a few clever ways to get over stress:

1. Aromatherapy

In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, the model shares that one of her favorite ways to unwind is through aromatherapy. “One of my favorite aromatherapy oils to use is this little heart chakra blend…this was created for me by my aromatherapist. When I was going trough a challenging time in my life, it really helped transform that negativity. I carry it with me all the time now in my handbag,” she shares, referring to a product she sells in her Kora Organics line.

2. Crystal healing

While a few people are still doubtful of the practice, many of those who do practice crystal healing share that it has greatly improved their outlook on life. Kerr’s favorite crystal? The rose quartz. “It’s known to encourage love (like self-love) in your life and open the heart chakra,” she explained to The Cut, adding, “It’s supposed to have healing and protecting powers.”

3. Yoga

Kerr, a longtime yoga advocate, shares that she usually starts her day practicing it as it “energetically invigorates” her. She even shared to People that she started her wedding day with yoga, saying, “We started the day, did yoga, then our families came over and we literally had this celebration in our backyard. It was incredible. It was so magical.”
