Iris has always lived by the motto, “Be yourself.” And, this collection is no different. The Iris Apfel x H&M collection challenges trends and the Normcore aesthetic. It’s about curiosity, joy, and finding the fun in fashion.
“I think part of the problem with the way people dress nowadays is that it’s too generic. Everyone looks the same, they wear the same things. They wear what’s in fashion, what’s trendy, what they’re being told to wear. That’s terribly dull. I want to see personality.”

The collection features clothing and accessories that are in line with the Iris Apfel branding, but are versatile enough to be easily incorporated into your own wardrobe. From silk patterned coordinates to oversized ruffled tops, you can see how the H&M team and Iris were able to find a mutual understanding as to where they want to take the collection.
Naturally, the pieces were well received by the fashion loving personalities of Manila. During the private viewing event of the label, we saw Heart Evangelista wear a look from the collection. Heart wore a printed pair of coordinates.
You can truly see how easy it is to fit the pieces into your personal style.
