The new Baker J offers a full french culinary experience.
Baker J started has opened its doors as a full service restaurant in the premiere Crimson Hotel. It started as a virtual patisserie in 2020, launched in the middle of the quarantine with a goal of selling healthy food, various breads and other pastries. Now they have opened its doors to diners who want to have the full French culinary experience.
“While we will continue with take-out and online orders with delivery options, we have decided to open Baker J for dine-in. For most people, dining out is still essential,” shares Chroma Hospitality Country Manager James Montenegro.
Baker J is the newest dining destination south of Manila, but of course with stringent health and safety measures in place for both diners and staff.
Complete French culinary experience
Since they open as early as 6 AM, Baker J offers an all-day breakfast. Their menu includes Eggs Benedict, which you could enjoy with sautéed spinach or with smoked salmon. They also offer house-made Spicy Beef and Lamb Sausages.
Of course, the French pastries are there to complete your continental breakfast experience. Among the pastries, they have crisp and flaky croissant, and the indulgent kouign-amann, also known as “butter cake” from Douarnenez, France.
Aside from their all-day breakfast menu, their other must-tries are their resident French Chef Nicolas Pasdeloup’s take on the classic French dish Coq Au Vin from Burgundy. Baker J’s signature Confit de Canard is also a must-try. It’s made with duck confit croquettes with green lentils and mizuna leaves in balsamic vinaigrette.
Signature drinks
Diners can choose from the restaurant’s wide variety of signature beverages to wash down all the delectable food. Among the options are refreshing summer drinks like espresso, frappé, mocktails, cocktails, and some detox options.
Luxurious ambience
Aside from the finest French cuisine Baker J has to offer, the restaurant is also a reminiscent of casual and comfortable Parisian cafés. Brimming with life and great food, this is a place where people come to relax, enjoy their food and catch up with loved ones and colleagues after more than a year of staying home.
The all-new Baker J is open daily from 6 AM to 9 PM. It is located beside the Ground Lobby of Crimson Hotel Filinvest City, Entrata Urban Complex, Civic Drive, Filinvest City, Alabang, Muntinlupa City.
