Only the finest fabrics from the House for these standout show business figures
Following a private ceremony in 2021, the Golden Globes has returned to its usual form. This means that ceremonies are back, and the norm of seeing Hollywood’s brightest stars shine on the red carpet is here once more.
And amid a transition period from the Alessandro Michele era, the House of Gucci still made sure to dress these male stars up with the classiest-looking suits for the night.
Austin Butler
The Best Actor for Drama winner from his Elvis performance kept it straightforward with an all-black three-piece tuxedo and white evening shirt combination. Rounding up the fundamental fit was a satin bow tie and ankle boots.
Diego Calva
Diego Calva is a standout Gucci star in this list. While missing out on winning Best Actor for a Musical, Calva did dazzle with a deep green three-piece suit, unironically in line with one of the House’s signature colors. Balancing this out were the accompanying black velvet bow tie, black ankle boots, and a white evening shirt.
Park Chan-Wook
Korean excellence continues to reach a wider audience. This year, there was director Park Chan-Wook and his Best Non-English Language-nominated film, Decision to Leave. To commemorate the occasion, Gucci outfitted him with a navy blue satin tuxedo with a shawl lapel, along with a silk bow tie in matching color.
Mark Foster
Last for the night is Mark Foster, who accompanied Best Supporting Actress for Television and wife Julia Garner who was also outfitted by Gucci. Peak black satin was the way to go for his tuxedo, accompanied by a similarly colored bow tie and patent leather tassel loafers.
