Celebrating the fifth year of unique character and charisma onstage, Miss Possibilities continues to become an avenue where girls can feel accepted, celebrated, and esteemed.
The first of its kind in Asia, Miss Possibilities is certainly not the usual beauty pageant we see. Unique and special, the beauty pageant embraces spirit of every individual, where girls aged 12 and above are given the opportunity to show how much more they can be.
These beautiful young ladies deserve to flaunt their talent, wit, and charm in front of any audience, and Former Beauty Queen Suzanna Pavadee Vichienrut Yuzon, Founder and President of Miss Possibilities Foundation, firmly believes just that. As a mother of two, with her eldest daughter having special needs, she knew how these people can play a vital role in society, further redefining beauty inside and out.
“The Miss Possibilities Foundation has grown to advocating for those with different needs,” shares Suzanna. “We have held a number of medical missions, three therapy clinics, submitted a bill for those with down syndrome which is going through Congress, as we speak, supported other NGOs or associations for those who have different needs and so much more.”
From TV to fashion industry, the pageant has a line of distinguished panelists, as well. Taking part in the esteemed event as a judge, Filipino designer, Randy Ortiz graced the pageant with his vision and influence in fashion.
For the fifth year of Miss Possibilities Pageant, ten girls competed for the title, where countless celebrities have also graced their presence with. Every year, celebrities together with the children walk for the fashion show, hand-in-hand. This year, stars like Denise Laurel, Lara Quigaman, Alex Medina, and Judy Ann Santos graced the runway of Miss Possibilities Inclusive Fashion Show.
A renewed community where people find themselves, becoming one in a wholly accepting social circle where our friends with different needs are fully accepted. As they move forward in reaching their dreams, we’re one in opening their world to limitless possibilities when it comes to beauty and individuality.
After having successfully held staged Miss Possibilities, Suzanna shares, “We’re happy that all the girls had a nice experience and that’s what we work for. Also, there are a lot of support from celebrities and media, as well.”
