It was indeed a memorable midnight release for Taylor Swift’s album last October 21 as fans across different time zones waited to press play on all music platforms, including Spotify, which resulted in 184.6 million streams in 24 hours.

Before reaching this mark, the record was held by Drake for his 2021 album, Certified Lover Boy, with 153.4 million streams on the release date.

Meanwhile, Taylor Swift also surpassed Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny who previously held a feat of 183 million accumulated streams for his album release last May 6, 2022. But now, Grammy Award-winning Swift carries the title of the Most Streamed Act on Spotify For 24 Hours with an accumulated 228 million streams on a number of her songs such as “Anti-Hero,” “Snow On The Beach,” “Lavender Haze,” and other tracks from her past albums that people also streamed that same day.

No, this is not a glitch! Taylor Swift continues to leave us in awe as she took over the top 10 spots in the Billboard Hot Music List for one entire week. “Anti-Hero” consistently remained on top, while the other songs down the line were “Lavender Haze,” “Maroon,” “Snow On The Beach,” “Midnight Rain,” “Bejeweled,” “Question…?,” “You’re on Your Own, Kid,” “Karma,” and “Vigilante Shit.”

Apart from that, Taylor Swift’s “Anti-Hero” is also spotted on YouTube’s trending list as the music video has already garnered around 46 million views since its release almost two weeks ago. It even beat the mv release of BTS’ Jin for his new single.
