Witness as Tory Burch unveils their Fall/Winter 2019 collection at the New York Fashion Week.
Tory Burch has always tapped on personal experiences as inspirations for her design. This, of course, has never failed us as she continues to exhibit polished looks in comfortable clothing. September last year, at New York Fashion Week, Tory revealed a collection for the wanderlust. The collection, perfect for a spring/summer escapade, goes beyond the concrete jungle that is Manhattan to the far-flung regions of the world. We were spoiled with safari suiting, scarf-print separates, and flowy tunics on the runway. This time, the Tory Burch FW 2019 collection goes beyond contemporaries to revisit art history.
Coming from Tory herself, the brand new collection is inspired by “the free spirit and progressive ideals of Black Mountain College and its legendary roster of students and teachers.” All of which have influenced her since studying art history. She has specifically mentioned Rauschenberg, Twombly, de Kooning, Asawa, and the Albers.
In February 11, Monday at 1 AM PST, at the New York Fashion Week, Tory Burch is unveiling their fall/winter 2019 collection. Take the front row seats and witness the show live on the video below:
