Shamcey Supsup, National Director for the Miss Universe Philippines organization, along with her team have continued the tradition of setting up cool challenges for the queens this year, such as the runway, casting, and headshot challenges.

However, some of the queens have been taking things to the next level by setting up their own pre-pageant photoshoots with some of the biggest names in the industry. These include a full on glam team, plus the work of the most sought-after photographers in the country. Not only are they sharpening their modeling skills, but they’re also creating amazing content to share on social media. And in today’s pageant world, having a strong social media game is a total must.

This beauty queen definitely knows how to bend and snap. Emmanuelle Vera Camcam was Miss Hispanomericana Philippines in 2021. Now, she’s coming after the Miss Universe crown. She partnered up with photographer Miggy Brono for a sleek yet sexy shoot with hair and makeup done by Aryan Buccat and Jr Constantino, respectively.
Pauline Amelinckx, Bohol
If you’re looking for a more regal approach to the Miss Universe Philippines title, then take a look at Pauline Amelinckx’s creative photoshoot with Rapyu Photos. It gave us all the regal goodness we’re looking for in a queen. She was even joined by former queen, Billie Hakenson. She was all dolled up in a Mikee Andrei couture gown with hair and makeup done by Carlos Durana.
Angelique Manto, Pampanga
Influencer or beauty queen? Why not both? Angelique Manto shows us you can have your cake and eat it, too. She took amazing snaps in Ad Astra Studio with a full on glam team—she was styled by Patty Yap wearing pieces from Martin M. Bautista, Ushi Sato, Mark Lua, and Jojo Bragais. Meanwhile, her hair was done by Gelo Cibrian and makeup by Angeline Dela Cruz.
Michelle Dee, Makati
Actress and beauty queen Michelle Dee is bringing out the big guns for this year’s pageant. She’s clearly ready to dominate this year’s Miss Universe Philippines pageant starting with a sexy photoshoot for her birthday. She was photographed by Doc Marlon with styling done by Kenneth Ramil and glam by Rick Calderon and Jonas Lucas.
Iman Franchesca Cristal, Mandaluyong
When you’re the center of the universe, how can you not be queen? Iman Cristal shows us a creative photoshoot with her being the center of the moon wherein she also shows off her gorgeous figure in a series of photos. She’s a member of Aces & Queens, thus providing one of the best pageant training.
Samantha Panlilio, Cavite
A casual goddess is a goddess, nonetheless. She just knows how to slay while staying effortlessly chic. Samantha Panlilio did just that in a photoshoot with Meet Keso. She was styled the team behind Qurator, while her makeup and hair were done by David Quiambao and Nelly Se.
Klyza Castro, Davao Oriental
Talk about an hourglass shape! Klyza Castro definitely stunned us in a Mara Chua dress for her creative photoshoot with Randy Capinpin. In the shoot, she had all the elements of a 90s diva, complete with blown out hair and golden makeup. This was done by Mila Gulfan and Eusebio Bryan.
