Roshni Mirpuri is helping women take their seat at the table through their own authentic, powerful and feminine presence.

Roshni Mirpuri has the ability to brighten up any room the moment she walks in. Her charming, genuine and bubbly personality is contagious, and she believes that this plays a part in making her a powerful woman. “Power comes from inner strength. It means being fearlessly authentic that it shines through in the way one looks and conducts herself, and that in itself will attract people,” she states. For Roshni, women are multifaceted and complex individuals: “Women today wear so many hats and there can carry out all their roles almost as well as men, or more. And sure, we falter every now and then, but we have accepted our imperfections and that has helped women evolve.”
Her holistic approach to beauty helped her journey to self-acceptance, treating her skin, hair and body with the respect and care it needs. “I always believe that the body is the home to the soul and just as we look after our home and care for it, and do things to make it beautiful, we need to do the same for our body for our skin and for our hair. And, again, if I feel like if my hair looks good, I’m definitely going to have a good day,” she expresses proudly.
As the other half of Closet Culture, a styling consultant committed to empowering people to find their own unique image, and several other brands under her belt, Mirpuri also encourages female collaboration rather than rivalry when it comes to who can take their place in the business world. “As women, we should continue uplifting each other instead of having a vicious competition,” and once we do that she says, women together can constantly be positive agents of change. “The sky isn’t the limit. I think that in every aspect of life in every different industry, we are seeing women perform at a whole different level and embody more power. This is just the beginning.”
