In 2015, Alessandro Michele was appointed as the creative director of Gucci. He brought in his eccentric sense of vintage style to the brand with his creative initiative. His designs has contributed to the impressive growth of Gucci over the years. Throughout 2015 till present time, Alessandro has added in key design elements that we relate to the brand immediately. It all started with the Gucci Fall/Winter 2015 men’s collection where they debuted his signature pussy bow blouse and the popular golden Gucci belt. He then dove into experimenting with the archives and injecting sustainability to add in a totally new aspect of the Italian house.
Now, we’re celebrating the last six years and the creative manifesto of Alessandro Michele with the Gucci Garden Archetypes. In Dongdaemun Design Plaza, Korean celebrities and VIP guests were invited to pass through an immersive and multi-sensory space.

Jungjae Lee
Squid Game star, Jungjae Lee, was one of the first guests of the Gucci Garden Archetypes event. He wore Gucci Love Parade look 102 blue double breasted peak lapel suit with all-over Horsebit striped motif and gold buttons with a beige and blue GG Supreme canvas medium tote bag.
Shin Min-a
Model and actress, Shin Min-a, stunned the crowd in a Gucci Love Parade look 27 with contrast fabric corset construction at the bodice with black net short socks with Gucci elastic band, black leather boots and a beige leather Gucci Diana small bag with bamboo handles.
IU
South Korean popstar, songwriter, and actress, IU, has always had a long and prosperous relationship with Gucci. She wore Gucci Love Parade look 111 with a black latex top, black leather boots with chain detail and a white leather Gucci Bamboo 1947 small top handle bag.
KAI
It’s been a good year for KAI in the entertainment front. The South Korean singer, model, and actor knows how to strut his good looks in a full Gucci look. He wore Gucci Love Parade look 20 and blue striped short sleeve dress shirt, and grey fluid drill pants.
