The first thing that draws your attention upon entering the new home of AGC PHC is the enveloping light that permeates the space. The natural light streaming in through the windows creates a warm and golden glow, illuminates the white walls, and emphasizes the shine of the indoor plants. For areas away from the windows, expertly installed lighting fixtures mimic the warmth and brightness of the sun, seamlessly transitioning to maintain the open and inviting ambiance filled with natural light. The interplay of natural light and expertly crafted lighting creates a symphony of light and nature—a true embodiment of luxe and harmony—making AGC PHC a true haven for creatives.

The new headquarters of AGC PHC in Estancia is more than just a physical office space—it is an avenue for growth and progress. The design and construction was a collaborative effort between Chairman and CEO Archie G. Carrasco, who brought vision and direction to the project, and Architect RJ Zurita, who brought his expertise in design and construction to make the vision a reality.
It was built to cater to the needs of a growing organization, with a focus on fun and functionality. It combines traditional office spaces with casual seating areas that encourage interaction and collaboration. Meanwhile, the display of AGC PHC’s published magazines throughout the new office is a constant reminder of the company’s achievements and great potential for growth and progress. By having these titles on display, employees are continually reminded of the company’s past and present successes, which encourages everyone to strive towards even greater wins in the future.
A beacon of hope
Taking the company’s new milestone as a strong signal of hope, the new office showcases breathtaking works of art created by Filipino abstract artist Kenneth Montegrande. According to Montegrande, each brush stroke is intentional and it tells a story. It reflects the personal mantra of the CEO himself: “Good Vibes,” sparking happiness, faith, and love in the workplace. Moreover, just as each subsidiary at AGC PHC works together to achieve a greater picture, every detail in Montegrande’s paintings holds purpose and contributes to a more beautiful vision.
