This place we’re talking about is Poblacion’s newest fusion restaurant, Mamser. Originally a Filipino restobar, Mamser has transformed into a Latin-American eatery that provides a new gastronomical experience for the foodies of Makati. It is located on the first floor of UNWND, a lux hostel situated in Poblacion. Apart from Mamser, UNWND also has a rooftop bar, which offers some of the restaurant’s drinks and dishes.
If you decide to dine in with friends, you’ll be greeted with a full menu, from appetizers to dessert. For the former, Mamser offers Ceviche, Coxinha, and Patacones. Aside from that, there are also a number of mains to pick from. You can choose from seafood offerings such as the Pescado a lo Macho or you can have a meatier meal with the Fejoada Brazil. Finish off your feast with desserts as they even offer flavored cookies, bonbons, and deep fried doughnuts with chocolate syrup on the side.
