Taking the solo flight
Fans were delighted to see the actress fly to Spain for a healing trip of sorts after her recent breakup. While some joked that Andrea is moving on expensively, she truly deserved that solitary trip to get to know herself and enjoy the country on her own. After all, she has been working hard for herself and her family all these years. This is Andrea celebrating not just her freedom, but also her strength.
Keeping it real
In a recent interview on Magandang Buhay, Andrea answered the hosts’ question without any pretense. “Kung malaya na ba ako, parang ‘di pa po ako malaya fully. Kapag sinabi na ‘freedom,’ meron ding part ng acceptance. Nagmahal ako nang totoo, eh. Hindi ko ‘yun malelet go agad-agad.” She adds, “Normal naman na dapat namnamin ko ‘tong mga feelings na ‘to para makapagheal ako nang maayos.”
Paving the way
Now embarking on her solo project Drag You and Me, Andrea is one of the actresses today who are brave enough to head into this trajectory. With this project involving drag, one of Andrea’s most beloved forms of artistry, the show adds more value to her personal and professional life. The best part of her career? Andrea is also raising awareness on her advocacy all the while doing her actress duties.
