If there’s one show that dominated this year’s Halloween costumes, it’s Squid Game.
The hit Korean show pretty much took over everyone’s timelines with different versions of the players, the creepy doll, and of course, the red-suited masked guards.
With each costume, one can only dream of being noticed by the Squid Game cast themselves – and it looks like ‘The Voice’ winner Darren Espanto is living that dream.
The young sinner went as the show’s police officer in disguise, Hwang Jun Ho. With the same slick straight hair, realistic outfit, and looks, Darren’s costume was so uncanny that the actor Wi Ha Joon gave him a thumbs up for the job!
After posting his outfit on November 1, Darren went on to gush over the fact that Korean actor liked his post on Instagram the following day.
“NO WAAAAY! 🥲 Wi Ha-Joon liked my post!!!”
It’s no surprise that Wi Hang Joon gave Darren the seal of approval, as a number of other celebrities also couldn’t help but comment on the similarities.
