The name Cartel Deli is rooted in a word referring to a line-up, reflecting its partnership with Yardstick Coffee and a multitude of wine suppliers to cater to your every taste, such as bottles from AWC, Happy Living, and Philippine Wine Merchant, to name a few. Engkanto craft beers and Spanish beers such as Moritz and Estrella Galicia are also readily available for retail.
With a menu shared with Pablo Bistro, Cartel Deli offers mainly Spanish/Mediterranean cuisine, allowing guests to enjoy special tapas, thin house paellas, and salads paired with over 40 varieties of wines, sangria, cocktails, and coffee. The combinations are endless for every visit. Another great offering Cartel has is its vast breakfast menu, especially for early risers.
Serving continental cuisine, Pablo Bistro also offers pizzas, sandwiches, pasta, seafood, and an all-day breakfast. They also have omelets, savory pies, and soups on top of their wide-range selection of spirits, wines, and beers.
